- The scholarship application is open to international students who are residents of one of these countries such as Vietnam resident, Brunei, Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines, East Timor, Myanmar, Indonesia, Malaysia, Laos.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades.
- Regardless of the college preference chosen on the graduate application form, all applicants are eligible for the scholarships.
- The scholarship can only be taken at the University.
- Applicants must be willing to return to their home country after the end of the course program.
- Selection of qualified applicants will be based on academic performance and leadership potential.

In order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Oxford-Linacre Pioneer Graduate Scholarship, applicants must follow these steps:
