Application for the 2025/2026 Azerbaijan State Scholarship Program at the Koç University is open to Azerbaijan students who wish to continue their undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Turkey. 2025/2026 Azerbaijan State Scholarship Program Qualification
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Azerbaijan State Scholarship Program at the Koç University:

2025/2026 Azerbaijan State Scholarship Program Application process
In order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Azerbaijan State Scholarship Program at the Koç University, applicants must follow these steps such as:
Undergraduate Scholarship Programs
- Before the relevant university deadline, applicants must apply for admission at the Koç University to the eligible undergraduate program using the online application system and submitting all the required documents.
- Applicants who are admitted to the program must email study@ku.edu.tr to request a letter that is required for the Azerbaijan State Scholarship program.
- Within 3–5 days, from the university applicants will receive a PDF letter with signature and a stamp.
- Before the deadline date, applicants must apply for the Azerbaijan State Scholarship program.
- Applicants are accepted into the Azerbaijan State Scholarship Program if they complete their registration to the university and get the enrollment certificate in October also after students submit the required documents, there payments will be processed in the 1st semester tuition fee during Fall term for the Azerbaijan State Scholarship Program.
- During the Spring term, the tuition fee invoices will be sent to the Azerbaijan State Scholarship Program from the Koç University.
Master Scholarship Programs
- Applicants must apply for admission at the Koç University to the eligible Master Non-Thesis program including submitting all the required documents using the Koç University online application system before the deadline date.
- Applicants who are admitted to the program must email study@ku.edu.tr to request a letter that is required for the Azerbaijan State Scholarship program.
- Within 3-5 days, from the university applicants will receive a PDF letter with signature and a stamp.
- Before the deadline date, applicants must apply for the Azerbaijan State Scholarship program.
