2025/2026 Southampton Physics and Astronomy Achievement Scholarship Qualification
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Southampton Physics and Astronomy Achievement Scholarship at the University of Southampton:
- Applicants must receive an offer to study at the University of Southampton.
- Applicants must be offered a study program in Physics and Astronomy on an undergraduate programme.
- International students must not hold any other external sponsorship and must be paying your fees yourself.

- 5 awards will be given to top scoring applicants.
- 5 awards will be given to next highest ranking applicants.
Application process
In order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Southampton Physics and Astronomy Achievement Scholarship at the University of Southampton:
- Applicants must go through the conditions of getting the scholarship before applying.
- Applicants who receive an offer will be contacted to provide details on what they need to submit to be considered for the scholarship, including details on the Applicant Days and how to book one.
- Applicants will be required to write and submit an essay on any physics topic of their choice and not more than 500 words.
