The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2026/2027 Lily Pabilona Emerging Entrepreneur Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to U.S. citizen, U.S. National, or permanent resident students.
- The scholarship is for high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate students in the United States.
- It is essential for applicants to be at least 25% of Native Pacific Islander, Native Hawaiian, or Asian.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 score or higher.
- Applicants must be enrolled or plan to attend an accredited institution to pursue their career as an entrepreneur seeking an associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or graduate degree as a full-time student.
- Applicants will be required to demonstrate their financial need, leadership skill, community service and extracurricular activities.
- Candidate who are family members of Board Members are not eligible to apply for the scholarship award.

- Candidate must provide a business plan or a link to business website along with all relevant social media accounts.
- Candidate must have been in business for at least one year and generating revenue for at least the past 6 consecutive months.
