2026/2027 Sydney Scholars India Scholarship Program Eligibility Criteria
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2026/2027 Sydney Scholars India Scholarship Program:
- The scholarship application is open to international students, Indian citizen and resident.
- It is essential for applicants who are international students are defined in the Higher Education Support Act 2023 while India students must be a citizen and a current resident of India.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades.
- It is essential for applicants to have received an unconditional offer of admission to a coursework degree program at the University of Sydney.
- Applicants who are yet to receive an unconditional offer of admission at undergraduate or postgraduate level are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
- Candidates who have previously held a University of Sydney India Scholarship or you are a permanent resident of Australia are not eligible to apply for the scholarship award.
Scholarship Benefits
- 2 fully funded scholarship for undergraduate students up to 4-years for full-time study.
- 10 first year scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate students ($20,000).
- 16 first-year scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate students ($10,000).
