2025/2026 Gold Seal CAPE Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
The following requirments must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Gold Seal CAPE Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible non-citizen who are Florida resident.
- The scholarship is for graduating high school students who have a registered Florida Department of Education (FDOE) private high school or complete a home education program, or attend a Florida public high school or have a Florida high school diploma or its equivalent.
- It is essential for applicants to have completed the Florida Financial Aid Application(FFAA) form during senior year between 1 October 2025 and 31 August 2026.
- Applicants must be accepted or enrolled into an accredited eligible Florida institution in a degree or certificate program and enrolled for at least 6 non-remedial semester credits hours per term.
- Candidates must not have been found guilty of, or pled nolo contendere to, a felony charge, unless the student has been granted clemency by the Governor and Cabinet sitting as the Executive Office of Clemency.

- Applicants will be required to have 5 CAPE post-secondary credit hours, 100 paid work hours, 30 volunteer service hours, or a combined 100 total hours while applicants entering grade 9 required 75 volunteer service hours.
