The scholarship is sponsored by Lund University to provide financial assistance to applicants who seek help to further their education at the university. 2025/2026 Lund University Global Scholarship Qualification
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Lund University Global Scholarship:
- Applicants will be required to pay tuition fee and must be a citizen outside the EU/EEA (and Switzerland).
- Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance.
- After choosing the course program, applicants will be assessed to determine if they are good fit for the course.
- At the Lund University, applicant must show they are committed.
- When applying at the university websites, applicants must choose Lund University as their first choice for programme or course.
- During a specific application time for the programme selected, applicants are only allowed to apply for one Lund University Global Scholarship.
- Applicants can apply for other scholarships at the Swedish Institute Scholarships.
2025/2026 Lund University Global Scholarship Application process
In order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Lund University Global Scholarship, applicants must follow these steps:
- During the relevant application period at the national application websites, applicants must apply for a degree programme at the Lund University.
- Applicants must provide all the required documents that are needed for the scholarship before the deadline date.
- Through the scholarship application portal, applicant can apply for scholarship after paying for the application fee and completing the application.
- The link to the scholarship portal will be posted on the webpage and it is different from the national programme application portal.
- Applicants will receive instructions by email during March-April round when applying for Music or Fine Art programme.
- Applicants must submit a scholarship motivation letter with maximum words of 600 explaining the reasons why you are the best candidate for the scholarship and expressing your academic achievements.
