2025/2026 FitzGerald Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 FitzGerald Scholarship:

  • The scholarship application is open to international and local students who are currently University of Queensland student.
  • Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades, with at least a minimum GPA of 6.25 in the specified courses in the Bachelor of Economics such as ECON2010, ECON2020, ECON2030, ECON2040, ECON2050, ECON2105, ECON2300, ECON3010, ECON3020, ECON3330, ECON3350 0r ECON3360.
  • It is essential for applicants to no hold any other scholarship that the Head deems similar.
  • Applicants must be enrolled at the University as a full-time student in the Bachelor of Economic (Honours) and have completed the Bachelor of Economic from the University with a major in Economic and Public Policy or Quantitative Analysis.
