The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Goldfarb Family Scholarship Cornell:
- The scholarship application is open to U.S. citizen or resident aliens who are Sophomores and juniors students.
- The scholarship is open to applicants who are interested in pursuing their PhD research careers in STEM fields.
- Candidates who intend to study medicine either as an MD/PhD are eligible to apply for the scholarship if they plan a career in research rather than a career in medical practice.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades, with a minimum GPA of 3.80.
