The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Changing The World Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to U.S. citizen or permanent resident students.
- Applicants must be a resident of one of the 50 states in the country and at least 17 years of age when applying for the scholarship.

- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 score or higher.
- Candidate must not have a household income that is more than $75,000.
