The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Cooking Up Joy Scholarship:
- The scholarship is open to U.S. citizen students who are high school seniors or college students or graduate students.
- The scholarship is also open to candidates who are not culinary students.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 score or higher.
- Applicants must be enrolled or plan to attend an accredited college or university or trade school as a full-time students.
- Candidates can either cook or bake any of the following a full meal, an appetizer, a side dish, a dessert, and more.
