2025/2026 Point Foundation Flagship Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Point Foundation Flagship Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to U.S. citizen or permanent resident students.
- The scholarship is open to a high school senior, undergraduate, graduate, medical, doctoral, or law degree student.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades, with a minimum GPA 3.3 score or higher.
- Applicants who are recipient of a Point Scholarship award must have exited their former program with active status to be eligible for the another scholarship.
- Applicants must be enrolled or plan to attend an accredited not-for-profit college or university as a full-time undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, medical or law degree student seeking a degree.
- It is essential for applicants to have connection and commitment to the LGBTQ+ and ally community.
- Candidates who are enrolled or plan to attend an 100% online degree programs are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.
- Candidates who are recipient of the Point Foundation Flagship Scholarship that have already been awarded 4 years are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.
- Applicants and their immediate family members who have had a formal relationship with Point Foundation as an employee, board member, or volunteer are not eligible for the scholarship.
