2025/2026 A. Phillip Meadows Leadership Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 A. Phillip Meadows Leadership Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to U.S. students who residents in the United States.
- Applicants must be a resident of one of the following location such as West Virginia, Hinton, Virginia, Radford, Pulaski counties, Montgomery, Giles, or Floyd.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades.
- Applicants must plan to attend Virginia Polytech Institute and State University as an undergraduate student seeking a bachelor’s degree or associate degree or professional certification.
- Applicants will be required to demonstrate their financial need, academic achievement, leadership skills, community service, extracurricular activities, and church activities.
