2025/2026 DRS scholarship Eligibility Criteria

2025/2026 DRS scholarship Application process

In order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 DRS scholarship, applicants must follow these steps:

  • Applicants can apply for the scholarship through the online application link provided below.
  • Applicants must provide the required documents that are needed for the scholarship before the deadline date.
  • Applicants must write an essay between 1000 and 1500 words to explain in as much detail as you are comfortable with how drug and alcohol use has affected your life including explaining how the substance use of those close to you has impacted your life. The details of the essay must include personal experience, individual viewpoints on our nation’s drug epidemic, and one’s own ideas on how to make things better.
  • Applicants must ensure their essay contains originality, creativity, relevancy, completeness, and overall quality.
  • The essays must be submitted and emailed to scholarship@addicted.org including their name and college or university you attend.
  • Applicants with AI generated content will be disqualified from the scholarship application.
