2025/2026 Love Your Career Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Love Your Career Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to U.S. students who are currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in the 50 U.S. states.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades.
- Applicants applying for winter scholarship must be enrolled for classes during the winter semester.
- Applicants applying for fall scholarship must be enrolled for classes during the fall semester.
- Applicants are required to write an essay not more than 3000 words with details of their full name, name of school, email address, and phone number also outline at least 3 steps in the next year to start towards their career that you love. 1. What are your passions that could be turned into career? 2. What are some ideas you have for a business based on things that you love and are skilled at? 3. They want to hear unique, well thought out ideas.
- It is essential for applicants to seek guidance from an expert in the field they intend to write about with at least 3 years of experience in that field and include the questions and answers as part of their essay.
These are the following questions that need to be answered and put in the essay:
- What initially inspired you to pursue the industry that you are currently in?
- What would be one important piece of advice for someone like me who is considering going into the field that you are in?
- What was the biggest hurdle that you encountered when you were first getting started in this field, and how did you overcome it?
- What are some of the college courses that you took that has a lasting impact on your career?
- What are some aspects about your career that you didn’t know about or consider when you were starting out?
- What are some things i should be spending my time doing now outside of school to help prepare me for a career in this field?
- The essay should be in PDF format, proof of school enrollment, and the file name should be your full name and the name of your school, then submitted to scholarship@jonestshirts.com.
- Applicants with AI generated essay will be disqualified from the scholarship.
- Applicants are advised to submit two separate attachments, as only 1 attachment will not be reviewed.
- For the subject line, applicants should put FALL/SEPTEMBER 2025 SCHOLARSHIP SUBMISSION.
