Application for the 2025/2026 The Flinn Scholarship is open to U.S. citizens or permanent residents who wish to continue their undergraduate degree in the United States. 2025/2026 The Flinn Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 The Flinn Scholarship:

  • The scholarship application is open to a permanent resident or U.S. citizen.
  • Applicants must be a resident of Arizona for at least 2 years.
  • Applicants must be accepted or enrolled at an accredited university and must have a minimum GPA of 3.5.
  • Applicants must be in the top 5 percent graduating students in the school class rank.
  • Applicants must provide test score of ACT 26 and SAT scores of 1230.
  • Applicants must have the following skills such as leadership, community or school service, and extracurricular activities.
  • For applicants who are class of 2024 Flinn Scholars must have an average 3.97 GPA in the top 2% class rank.

2025/2026 The Flinn Scholarship Application process

In order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 The Flinn Scholarship, applicants should follow these steps:

  • Applicants can apply for the scholarship application through the provided link below.
  • Applicants must provide information on their biographical data, employment, extracurricular activities, and current studies.
  • The class of 2025 will be required to write 3 application essays.
  • Applicants must provide two recommendation letters, one from high school teachers while the other from community member, employer, professor, teacher, and coach.
  • Applicants must upload their academic transcript and school profile by the high school academic counselor.
