2025/2026 Calder S. Sherwood Memorial Scholarship Qualification
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Calder S. Sherwood Memorial Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to graduating senior from Portsmouth Public School.
- Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 scores.
- Applicants must have the following qualities such as service, citizenship, and leadership including participating in extracurricular activities.
- Applicants must be enrolled or accepted at an accredited institution by the Southern Association of Colleges and Universities in Virginia college or university.
- Applicants must have a minimum 12 credits hours per semester.
- For each year of renewal, applicants must submit their official transcript of the scholarship office by 30th June.
- Applicants must provide details of their financial need and be of good character.
