Application for the 2025/2026 Jaeger Family – NiSHA Scholarship is open to U.S. citizens who are Nantucket residents who wish to continue their undergraduate degree program in the United States. The scholarship is sponsored by James F. Lentowski to provide financial aid to applicants who seek help to further their education in any of the relevant field of study. This is a competitive scholarship with a limited number of award and a value of $2,500 given to qualified applicants for the duration of the 2025/2026 Jaeger Family – NiSHA Scholarship.

2025/2026 Jaeger Family – NiSHA Scholarship Qualification
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Jaeger Family – NiSHA Scholarship:
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades.
- The scholarship application is open to applicants who are Nantucket High School Seniors, former students, and residents,
- Applicants must have a good GPA.
- Applicants who are interested in studying one of the following field such as to support their intrinsic value, advocates for animals, humane thinking and compassion, improves their life or environment, and postively impacts animals.
2025/2026 Jaeger Family – NiSHA Scholarship Application process
In order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Jaeger Family – NiSHA Scholarship, applicants must follow these steps:
- Applicants must complete the online application form before the deadline date.
- Applicants will be required to provide all the necessary information such as transcript, letter of recommendation from a NHS college professor or teacher, and additional supporting documents that are needed for the scholarship.
