2025/2026 Children of POW/MIA Soldiers of Pennsylvania Scholarship Qualification
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Children of POW/MIA Soldiers of Pennsylvania Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to a child of soldier who are reward as MIA or POW.
- The MIA or POW soldiers must have been served on active duty after 31 January 1955.
- Before serving on active duty, the soldier must have been a resident of Pennsylvania for at least 12 months.
- Under conditions other than “honorable”, the soldiers must not have been discharged, defected to the enemy or deserted.
