- Before the starting of the academic year in September 2025, applicants must have received an offer to study MDPH Public Health.
- Before the starting of the academic year in 2 September 2025 at the University, applicants must have received an unconditional offer to study.
- Applicants must not hold any other scholarship that is funded by a charity or any similar organization, private enterprise, government, and research council.
- Applicants are eligible to apply for the scholarship if they have not studied outside their home country.
- Applicants must come from a middle-income or low-income country and must be an oversea fee-paying students.
