- The scholarship application is open to Lebanese citizen that want to continue their postgraduate degree program in the United Kingdom.

- All applicants are eligible for the scholarship regardless of the college preference they choose on their graduate application form.
- Applicants must be willing to return to their home country after the end of the course program.
