The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2026/2027 Winter Wonderland Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to U.S. citizen or permanent resident students of the 50 states including District of Columbia.

- Candidates who are household member or family of employees, officers, directors of Carnegie Dartlet entities are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.
