The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Rubincam Youth Award:

2025/2026 Rubincam Youth Award Application Process
To apply for the 2025/2026 Rubincam Youth Award, applicants must follow these steps:

- Applicants who are high school junior students must write an essay between 750 and 1200 words in a biographical format about a principal individual, either a male or female which may be a biological or adoptive relative, a foster parent, or a guardian and must follow the steps on how to write the essay.
- Applicants who are high school senior students should submit a genealogy in a biographical narrative format for one family line, including four generations, beginning with you, as the first generation, and you may use a biological, adoptive, or foster parent, or guardian for the second generation.
