2025/2026 H.H. the Emir of Qatar’s Scholarship for Academic Excellence Qualification
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 H.H. the Emir of Qatar’s Scholarship for Academic Excellence at the Qatar University:
- The scholarship application is open to Qatar students that want to continue their undergraduate degree program in Qatar.
- Applicants must have a Secondary Education Certificate in Qatar.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades, with a minimum grade of 95% in their secondary school certificate.
- Applicants must have graduated from secondary school education the same year in which they are applying for the scholarship.
- The scholarship award is only available in the Fall semester.
- The scholarship will commence the same semester it was awarded to qualified applicants.
- The applicants scholarship application can be terminated and informed through the QU email if they fail to past their first semester.
- Applicants must not hold any benefits from the scholarship or any other sponsorship or scholarship
Conditions to Maintain the Scholarship
- Recipients must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
- Recipients must have completed a minimum of 12 hours per semester.
- Recipients must not exceed the year of their graduation according to their study plan.
- Recipients must remain registered continuously in Fall and Spring until graduation.
- Recipients are required to obey the procedures of the Qatar University, policies, and academic regulations.
- Recipients must follow the General Conditions to keep the scholarship.
