- The scholarship application is open to Singapore citizen or permanent resident students.

- Applicants will be required to demonstrate their financial need, leadership qualities, strong language skills, and impressive academic and co-curricular records.
- Applicants must be enrolled at the University as a full-time PhD student at SUSS using datasets from SUSS-MENDAKI collaboration.
