2025/2026 Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) Scholarship Qualification
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to international student from the listed recipient MTCP countries.
- Applicants must not be older than 45 years old when applying for the scholarship.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades, with a minimum GPA of 3.50 at the undergraduate level.
- Applicants medium of instruction and previous degree used be in English.
- Applicants must meet the English language requirements for the scholarship such as IELTS 6.0 test score or above, TOEFL iBT test score 6.0 or above.

What was your GPA when you graduating from the University General Lansana Conte. You need to have a GPA of 3.5 score and what is the mode of teaching in your University, is it English or French..
