2025/2026 Frontline Families Scholarship Program Eligibility Criteria

The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Frontline Families Scholarship Program:

  • The scholarship application is open to U.S. citizen or permanent resident students.
  • The scholarship is open to applicants who are high school seniors, high school graduates, or current college undergraduate students.
  • Applicants must be a child of a deceased frontline healthcare worker who died from COVID-19 while employed at a medical facility.
  • Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades.
  • The age requirement for the scholarship is under the age of 26 years and applicants must be biological, step or legally adopted children.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or plan to attend an accredited two or four year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year either as a part-time or full-time undergraduate study.
