2025/2026 Reliance Foundation Scholarship Undergraduate Eligibility Criteria
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Reliance Foundation Scholarship Undergraduate:
- The scholarship application is open to India permanent resident student.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades including passing the Standard 12th with minimum 60%.
- Applicants will be required to provide their Aptitude Test because it is mandatory.

2025/2026 Reliance Foundation Scholarship Postgraduate Eligibility Criteria
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Reliance Foundation Scholarship Postgraduate:
- The scholarship application is open to India citizen or permanent resident student.
- Applicants must be in their first year as Postgraduate student who secured a score of 500-1,000 in the GATE Examination.
- Applicants who do not have the required score in the GATE Examination must have score of 7.5 or above in their undergraduate CGPA.
- Applicants must be applying for one of the eligible degree programmes such as Life Sciences, Science & Engg, Material, Renewable & New Energy, Mechanical Engg, Chemical Engg, Electrical or Electronic Engg, Mathematics & Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Computer Science.
- Applicants who are in their 2nd year of their Postgraduate programme are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.
- Applicants who have a GATE Examination score less than 550 but have Undergraduate CGPA 7.5 or higher are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.
- Applicants who are studying Mathematics cannot apply under Mathematics & Computing are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.
- Applicants who do not answer the mandatory aptitude test or are found cheating during the test are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.
- Applicants who are pursuing their degree through distance, remote, hybrid, online or any other non-regular modes are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.
