- Applicants who are dependent or child raised in families with direct ties of Washington’s tree fruit industry.
- Applicants who does not have ties with Washington’s tree fruit industry can apply for the scholarship if they pursue a degree and career aligned with work in the tree fruit industry.
- The scholarship is open to applicants who are seeking bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or professional certification.
