2025/2026 The George Foundation Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 The George Foundation Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to U.S. students who are citizen, permanent resident, or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program (DACA).
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Applicants who are interested in applying for the scholarship must be a resident of Fort Bend County.
- Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll into an accredited college or university or technical school for a 2 or 4 years degree program to study an undergraduate course in Texas.
- Applicants must be applying as a full-time student and must meet the minimum 12 credit hours.
- Applicants will be required to demonstrate their financial need.
2025/2026 The George Foundation Scholarship Application process
In order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 The George Foundation Scholarship, applicants must follow these steps:

- Applicants must provide all the required documents that are needed for the scholarship before the deadline date such as official school transcripts, IRS Form 1040 first two pages, FASFA Submission Summary, proof of approval letter, and a photocopy of their permanent resident card for U.S. permanent residents.
