2025/2026 State Scholar Plus Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 State Scholar Plus Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to international students who are freshman at DePaul University.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades, with a minimum GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Applicants must be ranked among the 10% of their graduating class or provide official transcripts, or SAT score of 1300 or ACT score of 28 or higher for international students if class ranking is not available.
