The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 North Carolina Jaycees Outstanding Teenager Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to U.S. high school seniors students who recently graduated from and starting college in the award year.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades with a minimum GPA of 3.0 score or higher.
- Applicants must be a resident of North Carolina before applying for the scholarship.
