2025/2026 Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan Academic Scholarship Qualification

The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan Academic Scholarship:

  • The scholarship application is open to applicants who reside in the state of Michigan with the bleeding disorders community who are interested in continue their education in trade school or graduate level, university, and community college.
  • The scholarship is open to immediate family members with bleeding disorder.
  • Applicants with clotting disorders are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.
  • Applicants who have previously applied for the scholarship are not eligible to apply for the scholarship again.
  • Applicants who are relatives of HFM employees are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.
  • Applicants who are previous recipients of the scholarship are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.

2025/2026 Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan Academic Scholarship Application process

In order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan Academic Scholarship, applicants must follow these steps:

  • Applicants must complete the online application before the deadline date.
  • Applicants will be required to upload all the necessary documents including personal statements, one reference letter, and proof of bleeding disorder to the online application.
  • To confirm the bleeding disorder, applicants must get a letter from their Health Care Provider.
  • Applicants who application is incomplete will not be considered to apply for the scholarship.
