2025/2026 Daedalian Foundation Scholarships Eligibility Criteria
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Daedalian Foundation Scholarships:
- The scholarship application is open to U.S. students who wish to pursue their career as a military aviator.
- Applicants must demonstrate their patriotism and moral character.
- Applicants must pass the aptitude test for flight and physical condition.
- Applicants must demonstrate their financial need.
List of Eligible 2025/2026 Daedalian Foundation Scholarships
Lieutenant Colonel Joe and Candace Burch Scholarship $3,000
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or above.
- Applicants are required to have notable leadership achievements.
- Applicants who wish to attend the Texas A & M University will be given preference.
Major Marius Burke Memorial Scholarship $3,000
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades with a minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
- Applicants are required to have a notable leadership achievements.
- Applicants must have a minority background.
Lieutenant Colonel Edwin L. Curtiss Academic Scholarship $3,000
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or above.
- Applicants are required to have a notable leadership achievements.
Descendant Scholarship $1,000-$3,000
- The scholarship application is open to U.S. citizen who are direct descendant (natural or adopted) of a Founder, Named, or Hereditary member in good standing (living or deceased) of the order of Daedalian.
- Applicants are required to pursue a career as a commissioned officer in any of the armed forces in the U.S. directly working with the aeronautics or astronautics.
Captain John F.S. Graziano Memorial Award & Scholarship $1,000
- The scholarship application is open to U.S. students who are from University of Maryland in AFROTC can apply.
- To honor Captain John Graziano, the AFROTC Detachment 330 leader at the University of Maryland will select qualified applicants.
Colonel John D. Hedges Memorial Scholarship $1,000
- The scholarship application is open to students who are born or living in one of the following states such as Alaska, Colorado, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Texas.
- Eligible applicants are Air Force Cadets with a desire to medically qualified for flight training and fly transport aircraft.
Will Hendrix Memorial Scholarship $3,000
- The scholarship application is open to applicants who eligibility is ROTC, qualified for flight training, plan to apply for a military aviation allocation in Space Force.
- Recipients of the scholarship award will not be required to go to a Texas A&M students and must be one of the highest ranked students academically with preferences.
Brigadier General Kenneth F. Keller Memorial Scholarship $3,000
- The scholarship application is open to applicants who eligibility is ROTC, qualified for flight training, plan to apply for a military aviation allocation in Space Force.
- Recipients of the scholarship award will go to Texas A&M students and must be one of the highest ranked students academically with preferences.
- An Eagle Scout will be given preference.
Col Meyers/CW3 Cargen Army Aviation Scholarship $3,000
- The scholarship application is open to applicants with excellent academic performance and good grade of minimum GPA 2.5 or above.
- Applicants are required to demonstrate their notable leadership achievements, Army ROTC cadet, and strong interest in becoming a military aviator.
- Applicants are required to have no reasons for disqualification from military flight training.
Lieutenant Colonel Jeff Johnston Piercy Memorial Scholarship $1,000
- The scholarship application is open to students who are a USAF ROTC cadet and born in Missouri.

Lieutenant Colonel Kent W. Lattig Scholarship
- The scholarship application is open to students who have excellent academic performance and good grades of minimum GPA 2.5 or above.
- Applicants must demonstrate notable leadership achievements, strong interest in becoming a military aviator, and have no reasons for disqualification from military flight training. To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must be in their 2nd year of academic education or higher.
Foundation Sponsored $1 to $3,000
The scholarship application is open to students who have notable leadership skills and desire to serve as a military aviator.
