2025/2026 Awards to Meritorious Students of the University at Undergraduate Level Qualification
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Awards to Meritorious Students of the University at Undergraduate Level:
- Applicants must apply through the KGMU website.
- Applicants must not hold any other scholarship from an organization or another institution or an equivalent award.
Selection Process
- Applicants must apply through the KGMU website before the deadline date.
- Applicants must apply before their professional examination.
- Applicants will be considered for the scholarship if they submit all the required particulars and documents.
- The selection of successful recipients will be done after 2 months of their results announcements.
- The Office of Dean Student Welfare will do the administration and screening of scholarships.
- Verification of original documents is done at the primary screening of the applicants.
- Before the professional examinations, the primary short-listed candidates will be displayed on KGMU website.
- The Controller of Examination, COE, KGMU has the approval of selecting the final awardees on the basis of the marks of the professional examination.
Scholarships Termination
- If awardee does not meet the admission requirements or conditions of the scholarship.
- If the awardee enrollment at the University if terminated or found guilty of research misconduct or fails to maintain their enrollment.
- If awardee withdraws from the course of study or relinquishes the scholarship.
- If the awardee stopped being a full-time student.
- At the end of the approved leave period, if the awardee does not resume study or does not extend the period of approved leave.
- If awardee hold another equivalent scholarship.
- If the awardee provides misleading or false information.
