2025/2026 Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships (GOI-IES) Qualification
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships (GOI-IES):
- Applicants must on the non-EU fee rate.
- Applicants must be studying full time Masters programme for 1 year.
- Applicants must be studying full time PhD programme for 1 year.
- Applicants must come from a non-EU/non-EEA country.
- Applicants must hold an offer to study at University of College Dublin.
- Applicants without an offer at the University of College Dublin will not be eligible for the program.
