The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Jay Spence Memorial Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to U.S. students who are seniors and alumni from Chatham Charter High School and Jordan-Matthews High School.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades with a minimum GPA of 2.0 score or higher.
- Applicants must be a Christian and a resident of Siler City, North Carolina.
- Applicants must have planning or enrolling into an accredited institution for a 4-year degree program.
