2025/2026 Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme Application process
In order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme, applicants must follow these steps:
- For postgraduate diploma or master’s degree program, applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- For doctoral degree, applicants must have excellent academic records in bachelor’s degree and working experience of a year on full-time basis or two years on part-time basis for postgraduate level.
- English language proficiency will be required from applicants that their first language is not English and the bachelor’s degree is not awarded in English by the institution.
- Applicants must complete the online application at HKUST and submit the required documents to the online application system.
