The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Henderson Park Scholarships:

- Applicants must demonstrate through personal statement to show why they should receive the scholarship by providing details on their desire impact and career goals, the scholarship impact in their life, showing problem solving skills and overcoming obstacles, and passion and interest in Quantity Surveying or Property Economics.
