2025/2026 China Scholarship Council-University of Oxford Qualification
The following requirements must be met by the Chinese applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025 China Scholarship Council-University of Oxford:
- Chinese applicants must enroll for a full time DPhil degree at the University of Oxford.
- Must be a citizen of China excluding Hong Kong or Macau.
- Chinese applicants must return to China after completion of the course.
- Chinese applicants must have outstanding academic performance, abilities to become a decision maker and leader.
- Chinese applicants who differs their admission to the following academic year will not be eligible for the scholarship.

2025/2026 China Scholarship Council-University of Oxford Application process
In order to be eligible for the 2025 China Scholarship Council-University of Oxford, Chinese applicants must first enroll for a course program at the University of Oxford then apply at China Scholarship Council (CSC) for the scholarship. Once the scholarship is approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education, qualified applicants will be contacted.
