2025/2026 A.J. Wang Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 A.J. Wang Scholarship:

  • The scholarship application is open to U.S. students who are citizen, permanent resident or current DACA status.
  • The scholarship is open to applicants who are graduating high school senior students who are resident of the United States.
  • Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades, with a minimum GPA of 2.50 score or higher.
  • Applicants must plan to enroll into one of the 18 eligible community colleges in California as a full-time student who are seeking bachelor degree, associate degree or professional certification.
  • Applicants will be required to demonstrate their financial need and preference will be given to students living in non-traditional homes and first generation college bound students.
