The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 “A Bushel and a Peck” The Dorothy DuBois (“Nanny”) Memorial Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to U.S. students who are high school senior.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades, with a minimum GPA 3.50 score or higher.
- Applicants must be attending DeSoto County High School in Arcadia, Florida.
- Applicants must be a resident of DeSoto County in Florida who are seeking bachelor’s, associate degree or professional certification.
- Applicants must be enrolling or attending an accredited college, university, trade or technical school on a 2 or 4 year program.
- Applicants are required to complete a minimum of 50 hours of community service.
