2025/2026 Foskey-VanDyck Scholarship Qualification
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Foskey-VanDyck Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open High School seniors of Western Branch and Portsmouth.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades.
- Applicants must have the following qualities such as service, citizenship, and leadership including participating in extracurricular activities.
- Applicants must be enrolled or accepted at an accredited institution such as a College or Trade school.
- Applicants must be pursuing one of the following study program such as music education, music, or at James Madison University.
- Applicants must provide details of their financial need and be of good character.
