The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 William Bowmore Undergraduate Scholarship for Piano or Cello:
- Applicants must be enrolled at the University of Newcastle and must be in any year a Music program with a focus on cello or piano.
- Applicants must show their academic progress through the Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) or equivalent for commencing students or GPA 4.0 for continuing students.
- Applicants must be a permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand or a citizen of Australia.
- Applicants must not hold any other scholarship such as sponsored or donor-funded at the University of Newcastle.
