2025/2026 Joseph Nystrom Working Student Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 Joseph Nystrom Working Student Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to U.S. students who are residents of one of the following counties such as Wake, Orange, Durham, Chatham, and Alamance.
- Applicants must have excellent academic performance and good grades with a minimum GPA of 2.0 score or higher.
- There is no high school restrictions on applicants who are interested in applying for the scholarship.
- The scholarship is for applicants who have enrolled in the past three years in a degree program for at least two semesters and working at least as a part-time student.
- Applicants must be applying or enrolling for an undergraduate degree program.
- Applicants who have overcome barriers but not limited to medical barriers in pursuing their post-secondary education will be given preference.
