The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025/2026 BlackRock Hallac Scholarship:
- The scholarship application is open to international and local students from all over the world.
- Applicants must have a good academic performance and grades, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Applicants must be enrolled or plan to attend Georgia Institute of Technology as an undergraduate degree full-time student.
